I bought a one off Colombian Emerald and diamond ring from this company when on QVC. It was a true bargain at 1795.00. Recently I needed some extra cash and thought I would sell my ring which has been worn for about 20 hours in total. I had all my paperwork and went along with my posh box to prestige pawn shop on Deansgate Manchester. There was a gemologist there that day and he took a good look at the ring for me and then...wait for it.... offered me 250. Ripped off by Rocks & Co or what? Ill say I was BIG TIME. Moral is.. have your jewellery checked out before purchase or return if not as stated.

Do these people really think that us Brits will sit & listen to dubbed commentary when they are trying to sell to us. Its so off putting. I don't watch it anymore & will never buy from them again. Its an insult to British Customers frankly. Why in earth would anyone tune in to watch ? Hope others feel the same way & ignore their broadcasts, which a particularly amateurish to say the least.
