Thank you for your comments. The details that you stated aren't correct, but I'm sorry you felt you were treated rudely. I never said I was tired of getting calls from people bothering me about their orders, so please don't quote me as saying something like that, because it's not true. Although we tell students that orders are estimated to take 2-3 weeks, your order was completed in under two weeks. It also didn't take two weeks to sew on a patch...that normally gets done within 2-3 days, or students can take the patch and sew it on themselves. Student orders also require embroidery, which may take a week or longer, depending on order volume. The vast majority of students that purchase their uniforms here are happy with the service they get, but we understand that some are not, and when we falls short of expectations, we do everything possible to make sure it doesn't happen again. We've been in business for over 75 years, partly because we value all of our customers, regardless of age or occupation. Thanks again, Mike

Took wayyy too long to get my scrubs - I almost didn't have my scrubs in time for clinicals even though I ordered them over 2 weeks in advance. The older man that works there (Mike I think) is so rude and was very condescending to me over the phone when I asked if there was an estimated arrival date. He said that he is "tired of getting calls all day from people bothering him about their scrubs" and asked me why I would call them if I didn't receive a confirmation text. He told me that they didn't have the scrubs there and was very persistent that they did not have them, however I asked him if he could please check just in case. I got an answer from a women who said the scrubs have been sitting there. I don't recommend going there at all it took them over 2 weeks to iron on one patch. Only going here because there was a contract with my school but order your scrubs on amazon next time.

Hi Madison, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience at GKU. We absolutely try to tell everyone about our temporary policy of not accepting returns or exchanges, and we also have signage and messages on our receipts. Because of Covid-19, we don't accept returns of items once they leave the store, because we have no control over where the items are taken or what they're exposed to. Unlike other stores, 99% of our customers are healthcare professionals, and there's a chance the items purchased here may be exposed in a healthcare setting. That's different than items being tried on while they're in our store. Eventually, our return policy will return to it's pre-Covid status, which allows returns within 30 days. About 99% of our customers seem to understand the temporary policy, and we've had very few complaints about it, probably because we tell people when they're here or on the phone. It's not perfect, but we try to upfront and honest. Thanks again, Mike

I drove around 35 minutes for scrubs here, I was starting my classes soon and never had tried on or looked for scrubs the workers were quite rude and short, I ended up paying 80 dollars for 2 shirts and one pair of pants, very very pricey compared to where I later found better scrubs. I then wished to return and upon asking about it was told they dont accept returns and no other clothing store does either when in fact, multiple other clothing stores, multiple other scrubs stores and shoe stores are in fact accepting returns, I wished to return because I had not even taken them out of the bag. Was treated very poorly with little compassion, was told that I was warned about the no returns policy when In fact I never was and never was made aware of any sign or anything. very disappointing I suppose. And if I tried it on in store and put it back in the rack how is the return any different?? oh well.

I am sorry that you feel you were treated rudely, and especially surprised by the reason you think you were treated that way. Based on the information you provided, I'm fairly certain that the poor treatment you felt you received had nothing to do with your race or that of your fiance. I went in on Tuesday 2/4 around 11 am and the woman that was there was extremely rude and unkind. My fiancé and I tried being nice and patient but she looked at us like we were disgusting; like if we were nothing but a bother to her. Another customer came in and she was nice to her so I am not sure if she had a problem with the fact that my fiancé and I are an interracial couple but she sure did not try to hide how much it bothered her when we asked about anything.
