Morning Jackee, it is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. You bought the vehicle almost a year ago, so there isn't really anything we can do now but we can make of the difference when you trade your vehicle in and get another extended warranty. READ ALL PAPERWORK!!! My son and I bought cars on the same day. The finance mgr didn't get the contract to the lending company on 1 of the vehicles in time so the interest rate expired. We had to go back and resign. This meant all the paperwork including the extended warranty. As we signed, the finance guy told us all add on contracts (extended warranty) were the same but associated with the new contract. NOT TRUE. The extended warranty was supposed to be 85K miles which is what we bought...but the second 1 was only 75K miles. We paid for 85K. I guess its my own fault for trusting them!!!

Dealership would not sell vehicle at advertised price plus tax. They added $2,000 in fees above the advertised price and would only negotiate their fees down to about $1,000.
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 pm, however I was in the area, so showed up early. Ben helped me immediately and was very professional and courteous. My service was done early and correctly and I was in and out in no time.

I'm a big believer in customer service, of which I recieved today. I went in interested in a Cadillac Escalade. Upon entering at the receptionist desk there were several people who did greet me. Then I asked who would I speak to to assist me for a possible vehicle purchase. One gentlemen pointed to the salesman next to him and of course introduced him by name (leaving name out). I told the appointed sales person what I was interested in and gave him the 2 options I personally found on the website. Immediately he pointed out an older model vehicle which I was clear on what I was interested in. I let that go because its human to make mistakes. I was taken to his desk and he got all my contact information including my possible trade information. I also advised that I have another contender in store that was non gm. He documented this which is good. There after he asked me 2-3 times in less than 10 minutes about the contender referencing my trade and not the competing option after writing it down (poor listening skills). We went onto getting confirming what I was interested in then he went to get the keys for the first vehicle. He comes back and says it's in the shop and that I wont be able to view that vehicle. Disconcerting since I called and confirmed the availabilty of the vehicle and drove a distance away to view it. Then we went for the 2nd option vehicle. He went to get the keys. Comes back and tells me its sold. Though I was not too happy at this point I understand its moving inventory with no guarantee it will be available when I get there. At that point the sales person said he will call me if more come in then immediately rushes out. I walk out to my car to find he was engaged with a customer to which he was in the middle of assisting them and it seemed prior to me. I would have accepted the greet at the door with a simple response that he was tending to a client but would be with me shortly. I felt rushed, not listened to, and almost as if I wasnt worthy of his time. I've never had to deal with such services in all my years of vehicle purchases. I highly recommend better training. Ive contemplated on putting his name on this post with the pictures indicating his interest was with the other client and not me, but that isnt in me to shame someone direct. This is for the higher ups to understand my customer experience at your Deland location especislly being a first time potiential customer. No alternatives were put on the table to even make a sale. As a business owner I have high expectations of any team.
