We purchased a truck on Jan 14th and by Jan 18th it had broke down already. It is now April 26th and my truck has been in the shop 3 times which has forced us to rent trucks to keep our business going. This is a huge inconvienece and expense. Now the truck needs a new shifter and the $2200 TOP OF THE LINE WARRANTY we purchased does not cover it!!!!!! I explained to the sales manager Eric Staskon all of this and he was not willing to help us cover anything at all!!! I requested service history on this vehicle as well and he refused to give me that information. Saying that they are not allowed to provide that. This place is a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
