While I was not the patient I took my friend to a 1:00 appt and at 3:30 FINALLY got in to see the Dr.this is totally unacceptable. All paperwork was filled out in advance.

Dr. Gold needs to have his practice shut down. He yelled and mistreated my friend and her 2 year old son. Her son kept saying how scared he was of Dr. Gold when he got into the car, later on that night and also the next day he repeated how scared he was of Dr. Gold. He has been rude with them for the last 3 appointments as well. His assistant had the audacity to say that he sometimes gets loud and maybe he has a bad day but she knows that still was not an excuse to act the way he did. On top of that the whole staff including the assistant are disregarding it and lying to cover the TRUE facts! This is unacceptable! No one take your child to Dr. Gold! Bad day or not, he should his worries and stresses back home and never take out his frustration on his patients, especially child patients.

I love the staff and doctors I deal with. My only complaint is Ive been on the phone literally all day trying to make an appointment and no one has answered. Apparently they are having phone issues. I finally got ahold of someone and they where a lot of help.

The best of the best, excellent all the staff. If you have any vision problems this is the best place to go. Dr Justin D Marsh operated on my son for strabismus and better impossible, always grateful and the wonderful nurses .

Great in the office BUT no one can answer a phone at anytime of day. Im currently still on hold (25 min wait time) they have the call back option but every time I get a call back it beeps and disconnects me. Ive been trying to schedule my 2 year old another appointment for his eye for 2 days now!!This is beyond ridiculous!!! Do better Eye Physicians!!!
