Bought from Rimmer's for nearly 30 years, used be great but just got a new exhaust from my SD1, no way is it fitting and cutomer service were not interested, tried emailing and phoning but no help or advice, have they lost all the knowledgeable staff?. Shame. Sent messages to customer services, as suggested by owner, no reponse, no reply, what has happened to the good old Rimmers?

Please use another parts supplier. Poor quality parts and indifferent service. Recently ordered an oil filter and I was supplied the wrong one as this was for a completely different vehicle. I discovered the filter was incorrect after I pre-filled the new filter with oil and then found it would not fit. Upon returning the part I was told that "I had not brought the part back in a returnable condition!" after some discussion and authorization from someone else they finally decided that they would honor a return! - I managed to say that having been supplied the wrong part in the first place, this was not overly generous! and I eventually demanded some oil to replace the oil I had used to prefill the filter. Another recent part for another car fell apart upon fitting as well. - Please choose another parts supplier, there are plenty more out there who value their customers.

Great company. Ordered some rover SD1 springs that arrived quick, but that I later found out I didn't actually need. The refunded without even the slightest issue.

Very disappointing service and the contact via email is clearly from people who don't care one iota about their job or customers. Placed an order early monday morning and paid the high premium for guaranteed next day delivery. Never received a dispatch email despite chasing up by email. Was then told on Wednesday that the order had been dispatched that day but they had already determined that it had been 'lost' and would resend it and 'hopefully' it will arrive by Friday. The original order clearly wasn't ever dispatched and was forgotten about. Very disappointing and no offer of a postage refund or any goodwill.
