I needed a logo printed for a template Im building, and I already had the rough design. I sent the image via email, and the print was available for pickup same day. The owners are the people actually doing the work and handling the product, so you can sense a certain pride and quality that goes into it. When we spoke on the phone, I shared my project workflow with them for better understanding, and even though I only asked for one they were nice enough to print 3 for me; she knew another copy would make it easier on me even though its more work. Not to mention only charging me for the 1 print.THATS going the extra mile folks.
