Never buy the 400w juicer it breaks after a few uses
Placed an order for a 3pc luggage set and paid the 2.99 pounds for next day delivery only for the suitcases not to arrive. Contacted the customer service and was assured the matter had been resolved and delivery would happen the next day and the amount for next day delivery refunded. The suitcases did not arrive the next day. Called the delivery company Yodel and after a 47 minutes wait got to customer service who assured me of delivery the next date. The delivery company Yodel then kept changing my delivery date as they pleased for the next two days without my consent despite me informing them that I had to move my travel date to wait for the suitcases to arrive. Five days later, the suitcases had not arrived. Called and asked for a refund only to be told the refund will take 3 to 7 days. Despite the earlier processing of the next day delivery refund, four days later the amount has not yet reflected in my account. Caution to purchase at own risk!

I ordered a gas BBQ unfortunately it came with a piece missing, these things happen, e mailed customer services and they went above and beyond to help. Answered my e mails the same day. Ended getting a new BBQ took the part i needed out and they have arranged to pick it up at the day that suited me. Would have no hesitation in recommending them 5***** and more.

Ordered a garden seat a month ago delivery was supposed to be within a week I am still waiting have emailed twice the last time 3 days ago still no reply. Will not be ordering again now going to ask for refund see how that goes
