For anything mechanical, Epson itself, through their support department, handles all service and parts for the printer. Our person who spoke to you was just asking you to call Epson Support for a quick response to any machine problem you were having. You are under Epson's warranty for the printer, and the warranty is the best in the industry. If needed, Epson will send a technician to your location within 48 hours, at no charge, to fix and change any parts. Equipment Zone welcomes your call if you need help with any printing or software questions. And we offer support for as long as you own the printer.

I bought a $20K DTG package from Equipment Zone 3 months ago. I have printed less than 100 shirts. The printer is giving me an error message to replace parts. I called Equipment Zone to talk to a tech. They told me it is not their problem. Terrible service!

I am very sorry that you were not happy with your experience. We try very hard to please our customers. Unfortunately, due to security and fraud issues, if you are placing an order with us for the first time and paying with a credit card we have to ship the items to the billing address of the card. I understand that this may not be convenient but please understand that this is simply done to protect from any possible fraudulent purchases, which we have experienced in the past. We require this only for the very first purchase you make. Please feel free, if you like, to give us a call and we will try to work it out with you. I tried to shop for the first time and my experience was a disaster. They first said "we don't know if the products you ordered in stock. We will ship then if in stock, if not you will be refunded." if not in stock just update your website it is that simple. I ordered anyway, but they called and said "in order to ship, your billing and shipping address must be the same. we can only ship it to your billing address." In my 15 years of business life I never seen such a terrible company.

purchased one of their machines. It was a refurbished after they got my deposit and I signed the contract I found out that the machines they advertise for sale are not available for purchase. they do not start refurbishing the machines until purchase. This can take weeks. after waiting the 2 weeks they said it would take the machine I was to get was not ready. so we got another machine that they claimed was the same under the hood. the machine arrived and we fought and fought to get the machine to print correctly. Finally after 3 months we got their tech to admit the machine was shipped broken. There solution was for me to manually move the head wiper after each pass of the print head. this was not a solution for us. so we tried to get them to fix it. For a month they ignored us. after a month we sent them a letter of intent to stop payment because they would not honor their machine or warranty. then a month passed we told them again we were stopping payment and we did. the finance company said the only way to resolve is to file a fraud complaint with their legal department. so we did. they heard our complaint got the story from Harry and they took his word was true. I have since tried to supply them with copies of emails that refute Equipment zones Harry oster's statements. they will not entertain this. Time payment is the finance company they are just as disreputable as Equipment Zone. I have asked for a solution of them canceling the purchase and us walking away with a 4000.00 loss and lesson learned. They are not willing to work with us. Only after all this did they finally say they would take back the machine to service it 11 months after purchase and fighting to get this thing to print are they now willing to service it only if we state we will take it back. We have no faith in this company or their machines. Research before dealing with this company. I am not the only one
