This dealership is terrible. Poor, poor communication and unprofessional. Drove 2 hours and then were told we couldn't look at a vehicle that on the phone they said we could see. Had to get the manager involved. Now, a month after the transaction, still waiting to get financing resolved because neither us or the financing company can get a returned call. Would never go back here.

Went into the dealership over the weekend, and got our vehicle sold. It was a quick and painless process. The Finance Director, Ben, made the transaction as smoothly as possible. Usually you spend hours in the dealership whether its buying or selling a car, but they were efficient and got out of there in less than an hour. They gave the best price for the vehicle compared to other dealership that I have visited. All the staff were wearing masks and had sanitizers everywhere. The place was clean. Happy with the experience here. If youre in the market to buy or sell a vehicle come check them out. Ask for Ben and youll be in good hands.

If you are looking for a no hassle-no pressure deal in searching for your next used vehicle then look no further. Stop by Infiniti of Marin and make an appointment and request to see Kevin Wood. I had been looking at their large selection of used trucks online for weeks. I called and made an appointment to schedule a test drive of used 2020 Silverado 4WD I was interested in. The general manager, Anthony, set up the test drive with Kevin. From beginning to end they were courteous, professional, and even tolerated our kids hanging out inside the showroom while it was raining outside. I have never purchased from this dealership before, but would recommend others to give them a try. I have been very happy with my new purchase and will give them another opportunity in the future when I need another vehicle.
Since the ownership change it's exhausting to just think about needing service. IF you can get someone on the phone, odds are that they will have no idea what they're talking about ( and all of the "uh, oh, ummm, well, yeah" doesn't help). Service prices have skyrocketed. Ownership seems to feel they know more about what the car needs than that people that designed it. Not only are rates higher, the standard service for whatever mileage milestone is WAY more than the car and warranty need. Their explanation was "Well we just want to be sure the you're taken care of". They also reset my car to now say it needs an oil change at 3,000 miles. Yep, way to go Infiniti Marin. Way to gouge clients. Sadly, to keep my warranty in order, it's this dealership or one that is much less convenient. When it's time to buy another car, this dealership won't make my list.
