Appalling service, was spoken to by a lady who claimed who was the manager like I was a dog. Need to get customer service training.
Direct Boot is unhappy to hear this, we will always be happy to replace or exchange any goods purchased from our store if they are faulty, have proof of purchase and within 3 months of use. Really really bad quality after one wash or shrunk the jumpers are really bad stitching would not recommend anyone to use this company unless you want to wear the clothes once really really really bad
