Dear Judit, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our doctors did try to call you for your free online video consultation as requested by you, and at the time requested by you. Unfortunately, despite calling for a considerable amount of time, you were unable to answer your call. Our doctors did then have to deal with a medical emergency from another local clinic, so we're unable to take your return video call. However, they did try to contact you the same morning, at the very earliest opportunity, on 3 occasions, to re-arrange your appointment, again, free of charge. Unfortunately, again, you were unable to answer, or respond to our text messages. We are very sorry that you are disappointed with the level of service that you received in this instance, however, our doctors do endeavour to try and see all our patients expediently, so that we can allocate appropriate time for them. I can't praise and recommend First Aesthetics highly enough and on so many levels. Firstly, the extremely warm welcome you receive makes you feel very comfortable and reassured right from the start. Also, both Dr Bib and Dr Shova are extremely professional and informative. They explain and carry out the treatments with such care and follow up with thorough after care. (I am having medical microneedling treatment currently). I am using Dr Bib's serums and moisturisers as well, which are also fantastic. In short, the results and the overall experience is amazing.

Highly knowledgeable and very nice people. I've suffered with acne scarring and general skin problems for a while now. Having spent a fortune elsewhere, Dr Shova and Dr Bib were a Godsend! I wasn't expecting much from a free consultation but the doctors here spent an hour looking at me and gave me options to take away and think about, absolutely free... Had microneedling, PRP and some light peels and great results. Thank you again!

Hi all, I normally don't write reviews on the onternet but this time I'd make an exception. I called the clinic to have a consultation about lip fillers after researching about Dr Bib and Dr Shova, i felt confident about their expercience and thought they were perfect for what i was looking to get done. He invited me in for a free consultation and after discussing and explaining what i wanted to achieve, Dr Bib was very honest with me and adviced me to not get my lips done as they are full enough and good for my face shape etc.. I was shocked and pleased by his response as it was very genuine and honest. I can not thank enough the doctors for being so straight foward with me. This shows how prodfesional and caring they are for their patients. Many thanks

I'm absolutely loving my new lips , Dr Bib and Dr Shova both made the whole experience so professional but managed to keep me relaxed and at ease the whole time too ..... I loved it so much i'm already looking forward to my next treatment ..... PRP therapy treatment in a couple of weeks time ! Thanks again to you both .
