Hello Angelica, the Desoto Mall, has been closed for awhile now, thats why we are not there. We have a 100% guarantee on all purchases..As you can see from the reviews we take care of our customers. You can bring the shirts back and we will gladly replace them.

First off, this place is obviously not in the DeSoto mall anymore and I shouldve seen it as a red flag when I called to ask for their actual location and got a rushed and rude response when trying to find the location. But I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED with some shirts I had custom made here that were supposed to be for Fathers Day. I paid $70 for a toddler shirt and a mens tank top and was totally ripped off. The quality of the iron on image was horrible and completely off center. He did not even use the tank top I chose that was supposed to be special ordered and didnt even have the courtesy to call and ask what I wanted instead. I gave them ample time in advance to make these shirts and he literally waited until the same day I was picking them up to make them! These people have no pride in their work, I couldve done better myself! Do not throw away your money here.

Hello, In Jan, 2019 you came into the Desoto Mall and rated the mall a 1 star, not knowing that, that would affect the. rating of every business that you gave the 1 star too. It's not the business owners fault that the mall was not to your standards. I hope you would have a change of heart and remove the review from my page. As you can see your 1 star review is the only one we have ever received. We pride ourselves on going beyond the call of duty to make sure our customers are happy. I really would appreciate it very much if you would be kind enough and remove the review. Thanks for your understanding.
