I do not like to put companies or anyone on blast, but after all of my failed attempts at a resolution with Smyrna Eye Group, I am going to do just that. I ordered glasses from them and ended up disliking them very much. They refused to refund my money & my insurance also refused to refund me; but promised theyd help me find new frames. They took back my brand new lenses & frames, while they ordered a few frames for me to try, but never did and never contacted me back, nor never responded to my multiple emails. Not only did I lose out on my eye insurance benefits for the year by ordering these glasses that Smyrna Eye Group took back, but Smyrna Eye Group also has $120 of my own money as well. I barely make much money & getting new glasses was a big expense for me that I saved up for, for a while. Now Im out of all that money AND new glasses.
They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and when I called nobody wanted to help me. My mother in-law goes to Pearle Vision so I decide to check it out and it was the best decision Ive made. I was being charged 120 to 160 every time and that was with my insurance . Now I only pay 46 dollars at Pearle Vison co pay and for my contacts.
I was reluctant to get new glasses at this time due to the CoVid outbreak, but I needed them. I was very impressed that the safety was a very high priority in this office - from hand washing, to test frames being sanitized before I tried them on. Dr. Wieseckel is really awesome. Not only do I get great treatment, but great scuba diving tips also.

LOVE Smyrna Eye Group! The staff are professional and polite. The Doctor was very informative when it came to explaining the issues Ive been having with my vision lately. Just an all around great experience! I have now referred all of my family and friends to check them out and I highly recommend you do the same!
This is the worst eyeglass place I have ever been to. The 3 employees up front forced me to wait in the car while my mom and sister were in their appointment. I had to stay in a hot car in 90 degree weather for a whole hour. If something were to happen to me this place wouldve been in HUGE trouble. The waiting area had zero people in there and they wouldnt let me wait there. I dont recommend coming here AT ALL. Shame on you all especially those 3 women at the front desk.
