Poor customer service provided to me by a staff member named Kelsey. She was very rude by raising her voice at me and her attitude is unacceptable to have a customer service job. I advised her that she was the reason that this company was losing a customer. Needless to say, I will not return to this location EVER!

Awesome and knowledgeable eye doctors. Will go back but not getting my glasses there again. Their selection is not the best. They have like 4 brands. I've seen and paid better for my name brands. They take forever to get your glasses ready. The first time it took 11 days but they never called I just showed up and they were ready. They second time it took 14 days. No call and they were not ready. She had to cut them on the spot. They also said it would only take 20 minutes to sit and wait. It took 50. Like really.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Dr and all workers were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long for the Dr to get exam started. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Called the office to schedule a new patient appointment. It was sad. Amanda, the woman answering the phone, could offer 0 information as to getting my child seen...i was very disappointed..i ultimately hung up...
