The manager Emily was of no help when calling to ask about issues with our glasses purchase. Not only did she not tell us there is a 30 day style change policy that is free, she boasted about how they can charge whatever they want on glasses. I would do your research on what youre paying for before purchasing from them. This review is just for Emily, as all of the other employees have been amazing towards me with questions and placing orders.

I been going here for awhile and Im decided to change after my last experience. First and for most when I went in I paid for contacts and glasses and used my own frames and it all came out to be 600 -700 dollars then when I went to pick up my frames they tell me that I still have to pay because they forgot to add a charge. Then when I asked why did I have to pay the girl proceed to catch a attitude. Tells me she didnt know then she tells me she will have her supervisor call me and took my number down. To which did not happen because a week went by and I end up having to call. After that she told me she would send me papers showing me everything I paid for then. To which I asked about my contacts she tells me they will be shipped to me shortly, about 2 months went by and I still havent received anything. I call they tell me I have to come pick them up I am done with this place and they get over when it comes to money

I booked my first appointment with eye care plus online and it was super easy. They send you a txt tell when your appointment time is. They txt you the day before your appointment for you to confirm that you are coming. As soon as you walk in the building your greeted. The receptionist was super friendly helped Me with everything that I needed. Only took about 10mins and I was called back. Everyone is super nice. They explained everything that they were doing. They cleaned every Machine before use. All together the whole appointment was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes long.

Wait line and the time spent in checking-in is skipped by the smart kiosk. Nice waiting room. Nurse hospitality and receiving is great. Doctors explain all the technical stuff with vision in good understandable language. Prescriptions are provided to match your daily routine and interest (wide varieties and highly customizable contacts and glasses). Every stranger complimented on my glasses . After having wild experiences with two other providers, I am able to find the best in Murfreesboro. I highly recommend this place.
