I'm writing this review because in regards to the Love of my life that got fired on Friday April 12th from the Launch Federal C.U. after almost 13 years of faithful work. I am deeply sadden that this happen and she didn't deserve this treatment. I have been a member at the credit union for almost 40 years and have finance over 20 vehicles with you all. In the near future I will be terminating my account and moving to the community credit union. The launch credit union went to a new system and a lot of members are complaining about how it does not work good at all and how its affecting their banking life. Its not fair what you did to the love of my life. All the members that came in for her service love her so much and would wait in line for her to serve them. She was the light of the Rockledge branch with her smile and dressed to kill every day. everyone love her so much. You all made a very bad decision to let her go.

I applied for a HELOC and it was forcefully closed by Megan Ballinger. She claimed that there was missing documentation. However, after calling her directly for over a month, she never returned my phone calls about how to log on to their online system to upload these documents. I then tried to call their general support number and every time I called, was put on hold for over an hour with no one being able to give me the right answer for establishing my online account to upload the documentation. When she finally returned my call, she didn't want to hear about any of the issues and continually bantered on that it was all my fault. If you want a HELOC, I would recommend that you go somewhere else than Launch Credit Union.

I worked with Angela at the Space Force branch and I couldnt be more pleased with her professionalism, patience with me when I needed explanations on certain things. She was always kind and quickly got me what I needed when I needed it. She is trustworthy and wants what is best for her customers and that was very clear in my experience with her. It is reassuring when a bank wants what is best FOR YOU, not just what is best for them and that is why I will continue to stay a loyal customer to Angela and Launch Federal Credit Union!
So I sat on hold for almost 2 hours today (I was ok with being on hold, had it on speaker phone) to speak to a rep. When it was finally my turn, I got an automated message telling me they are having system issues and to call back later. I was definitely not ok with that. and how in the heck do I get a password for voicetouch 24?? I have searched everywhere online to no avail. I left Wells Fargo, who I was very happy with, to come to this bank. Starting to regret my decision.
