Talea, So sorry to hear that you had issues with your chair. Please bring it back and we can look to replace the chair with a similar chair (that does not have issues) or find you an alternative. With used furniture you never know what you are going to get. Seeing you just recently purchased the chair please bring it back and we will exchange the chair. Tod

-- They remedied the situation by letting my exchange chairs and I am very pleased with the new steelcase I selected! -- I bought a steelcase chair from the 90s for $95, I tried it out in the store and loved it but noticed it was a little difficult to adjust. A few days later it got worse. The chair has a broken cylinder and less than a week later my seat sinks and creaks every time I sit in it.

Nicole, Thank you for the great review. Robb is awesome. I am very happy to have him working at OFUN. We have recently updated our showroom. I think it shows so much better than the old showroom. Having the warehouse next door with primarily used furniture is a hidden jewel. We now just need to get the word out about our changes. Thanks again for your business and kind review.

Excellent warehouse style showroom, good selection and reasonable price points. Came for an office chair for my home office. The salesman, Robb, was attentive but not pushy at all, allowing plenty of time for sitting, rolling, pulling up to desks. He showed me all the possible adjustments on my final selection, and even coached me on asking for reimbursement from my company . Offered me a choice between the floor model and a brand new chair from the back, and when I chose the already assembled one, he carried the chair to my van. A wonderful experience. There are quite a few VERY simple desk designs in stock that are reasonably priced as well. I didn't look much at the rest of the selection as I was focused on my own task, but there are rugs, "guest/client" type chairs, waiting room chairs, and file cabinets as well.
