One time TOP-TIER service with an excellent attendant, another time DEPLORABLE service by a man (no name tag) seemingly incapable of exercising even the most rudimentary level of common sense, who demonstrates utter contempt for the Benton County taxpayer, and who seems committed to destroy the reputation of the entire organization. Private business never remain in operation with such employees. Since the taxpayer foots the bill for this, I expect things to remain unchanged. To be just, I gave three stars for the times I've received great service. Thanks to one guy, two are withheld.
