My experience was lackluster because of a small mistake. The staff wasn't really that inviting but I was served quickly through email and arriving. I felt confident they had the details right because I gave them a mock shirt and a the font. I bought a hat which came out nice. I choose to go to this location since it was local but I regret it now. I guess I get what I paid for. I was going to get more from them but they didn't take me or my business seriously. They were slow. It took a week to put a banner over the shirt. It didnt look bad but not what I needed. They did offer 20 percent for next time. As a customer service professional with a 5 star business just some advice to this local business: sometimes take the lost (money and time) for a mistake and redo it. Being too confident shows actually arrogance. I just assume by seeing how many were in the office and the artist is answeting emails and phone calls that they need more customer service training;admin assistant. I could of just returned the shirts and got a refund but they didnt cost much and I can still use them. Usually I just call and talk to the owner or supervisor but in this case this is better. Anyways I will just pay more in the DMV next time. This is just my experience. Be safe!
My order was never done! I was told my order would take 5 days, 3 weeks later and still nothing. I received the run around. Customer service was non existent had to keep emailing without response to check on my order. I was lied to and then got some excuse that the other company stop working with them.PS.They outsource DTG & Screen Printing.
My experience was great, Everyone is kind and helpful. I have been a customer for years and I am pleased with the quality of merchandise. I use Rocky Top for gifts and our church wear.
