I'm sorry you feel this way. I wasn't rude or sarcastic in my emails. Wholesale/contract customers have a certain set of expectations to follow as part of the benefit of receiving lower pricing. Those policies are signed off on before someone works with us. Your coworker sent in an order that that had a set of info on a proof sheet that didn't match the files you sent. I merely pointed that out and asked what was correct, and reminded you of the policies and that everything needs to match and be simple to process or fees would apply. Your company was not charged a fee, only warned (again) to send in clear info so you wouldn't in the future.

I do not recommend working with Doug Straka, the owner. He is the least professional person Ive ever worked with. He is rude through email, sarcastic and lazy. He is not willing to do anything out of his way in order to benefit his clients. Also, beware he will charge you fees for anything he can. Processing fees, etc. On top of that when you write a truthful review about him on Google, Doug will then proceed to fire you as a client.
Great customer service! They took the time to work with me on a custom design giving suggestions to take it to the next level. I'm very happy with the finished project and shipping was prompt.
I placed an order super last minute and they were able to get it made immediately! The shirts looked GREAT. Awesome customer service, reasonable prices, and great quality product
Im sorry you felt you had a bad experience with us after several good ones. The policy about bringing in and using customer-supplied garments is clear and posted on our website, price sheets, posted in our front hallway, and discussed with you more than once prior to accepting your order. The garments we recommend for DTG have been tested thoroughly and print wonderfully. Our policy for outside garments exists because of circumstances like this. We dont know how outside garments will react with any printing method (there can be issues with heat, dye migration, chemical treatments that prevent bonding, etc.), but DTG is the most finicky. As discussed on multiple occasions, your garments were not even legally tagged, so we didnt know the material we printed on. Our attempts were educated guesses. Most worked, but some did not. Almost all the prints were fine before washing (you didnt bring up any issues when you picked up and you looked at the prints). We cannot wash test customer supplied garments to check for issues. I offered to fix some of your garments, but you never brought them in and allowed us the chance to do so. Additionally, there is a base coat of white ink (not white paint) under the colors in your design. This is essential as the DTG inks are translucent. If you print yellow ink (or any light colors) on a dark shirt without a base, you will barely be able to see it (and maybe not at all). If you dont believe me, I have two suggestions for you. 1. Have the inks chemically tested for titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide is only found in the white DTG inks, not the CMYK colors. When you see the results that show titanium dioxide in your prints, youll know they do have a white base. 2. Bring an any colored shirt with any design you want. Ill print two copies free of charge. One with a white ink base and one without it. The differences will be incredibly obvious. We do not print white ink under black ink as that is counter-productive. All this does is lighten up the black.

The first couple of times I went here I was satisfied with the screen printing and vinyl work I had done. The trouble came when I decided to try DTG. I was told that the problem was with the color and or material of some of my garments. Upon getting a professional second opinion, there was no base coat of white paint used during the printing process, which is why you could see the color of the garment through the print. Obviously they didn't check to see how things were going during the printing process or someone would have noticed spots of color missing in the design. I feel like corners were cut to save their cost. Not to mention some of my designs were misshaped and that fact was totally ignored. There was no form of responsibility taken on A Plus Images part. I was basically told sorry for your luck, check with your manufacturer. I've spent over $1000 in less than two months and was really shocked at the response I received. Very disappointed!
