I have a unit installed at my home and for some reason our sim card was blocked (our fault). We tried to contact the company who installed the unit but they bluntly said no, because of Covid 19 they cannot do anything to help us. Our intercom was not working and all our deliveries were going back. After a month of struggle I managed to find the unit name and the manufacturer and contacted them directly over the phone. Noel very politely answered the phone and guided me through the whole process of replacing the SIM card and also how to configure the unit as per my needs. He emailed me later with all the instructions, I had few queries and replied me back very promptly. Finally I have now managed to configure it and it is now working. I cannot recommend Controlfreq and Noel enough.
Had a couple of minor teething issues with the system (mainly user error)!. Have found the service to be excellent. Very quick to respond and thorough. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks Noel. Bob Lister
