However we assume you will be aware of the current world crises and due to this, supply chains have not been operating to usual standards. Due to difficulties obtaining stock, out of desperation for supplies we have been required to outsource from suppliers we do not work with usually. Therefore we accept some products may not have been of the best standards. However we are again managing to slowly get back to usual business and we aim to keep standards above board. Do not buy a face shield here. I made a rush purchase here as I needed the shield the next day, otherwise I would have purchased a much better one for the same price online(5). It lasted for 5 minutes before the popper holding it together broke. It let me down badly when I needed it the most, so be-warned people!
As like any business we will have a few customers that we wont be able to please. Unfortunately as you can see that this customer is quiet difficult and especially with the hint of intimidation and threats being made as to coming to our store with large men to intimidate a 80year old man. This already defines the nature of a person. and as to boots which were bought back in October 2019, and this review being posted on march 2020, expressing that the boots were worn only one day and complaint coming 6months later. How is that of any sense.

Truly disappointing shop. Not trustable at all. No respect from workers. The products are not quality, never recommend. I have to tell you what happened even though remembering makes me so sad and upset. I feel betrayed and used by people's being greedy and unkind. I got a very nice look leather workboots for 25 quid(yellow leather look like Chelsea workboots) from them. And I swear, on my second day of wearing them, after a couple hours work, the tread on the bottom of the boot started breaking pieces and then split from the upper part of the boot. I stayed without boots in the middle of work day. Then I went to show them what happened and told the story politely. Old man was there with the wife. I wanted let them know about the product and quality. He did not believe me at all and treated me unkindly. I have the receipt and metal bottom part of the boot. I left the broken boots to them with sadness in that moment. It is very awful seeing people unkind, and trying to cover the problem without taking on. I should have come with three big men with me and start discussing with them probably. Is this the language they would understand? Because I was alone they started say no no onono, and saying it is not their fault and not taking any responsilibity about it. This is happening also in your shop , you have that shop, it is not a online buying. It is a shop. shop. You need to have responsibility about your shop and products, and give the customer respect. Sorry I have to wish them to see the results of doing unfair business. Every action eventually turns back to you, somehow.
