We're RapNet member for over 25 years and in general, have found this company to operate with aloofness and often be apathetic to their clients. Their fees are constantly going up while service level has been shrinking. They often ignore grievances and seldom return your phone calls (even after promising to call back). I guess you can get away with such poor client treatment when youre practically a monopoly in a business sector.
