Dave Costello of CL Properties was a wonderful Real Estate agent during the search and in the purchase of my new home. My wife and I searched for over a year and Dave was very patient in the process. He joined us for many of the open houses and even helped us to coordinate and setup some showings that worked around our schedule when we couldn't make an open house. When we finally did find the right home, Dave did a great job consulting us on negotiation strategies and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decisions on how best to move forward. He was thorough, organized and very responsive in the entire purchase process. He joined me for the entire 2 hour home inspection and was there for the final walk through. I have several friends that have used Dave and this was the 2nd time I've used him to help with a purchase as well. I'm very happy to have a real estate agent in my corner that I know I can trust. Highly recommend!

Carmela is the absolute BEST!!! We didn't worry about a thing, and the most work we had to do was to sign the papers- Carmela handled everything and made this our easiest closing ever. Thank you, Carmela!

Carmela and Dave were wonderful from beginning to end. They are extremely to knowledgeable about the Boston real estate market. They are very professional and command a great deal of respect in the Boston community. They were very sensitive to our wants and needs and very insightful about how we could find what we were looking for. Throughout the many months that we worked with them (and almost all that time we were doing our search from a long distance outside Boston), they were always available to discuss our property interests, the merits of various alternatives, and to show us properties when we were in Boston. The purchase of our home (Back Bay) went very smoothly from the initial bid to the final closing. In addition, they have made wonderful recommendations for all kinds of local services (e.g., locksmith, moving company, insurance agent, etc). We certainly give Carmela and Dave our highest recommendation!

There is No One As good as Carmela. Effective communicator, honest to a fault, and an extraordinary deal facilitator. I can't imagine using another agent.
