Ordered from here on the 13th March 2022 and still havent received a full order. The customer service takes so long and not really any apologies or understanding why Ive had to wait this long initial email said 2-4 weeks its now the 10th May. The customer service takes 10 days to reply which just pushed back my refund even longer. Im sure they are aware of this and dont care. Not happy tried to be understanding of the wait times but just tired of trying to contact and would just like a refund of my money that Ive paid for items that havent been delivered dispatched or even received by them. Wont order again and will tell others not too. Waste of money and time. Disappointing.

So many colours to choose from, but I finally made up my mind! And they are such good prices I could choose two. A Holly! bag for everyday which fits everything plus a book (which I love) and a Happy! bag for more of a dressed up look. Soon Ill be back to choose a clutch for an out out look!

I absolutely love my khaki Heidi bag! Its the perfect everyday crossbody bag to hold all your essentials. I love the way it looks but also love the quality of the leather and details like inner gold zip and gold studs. Its surprisingly light weight compared to my mulberry cross over I used before so no more stiff shoulders!

I get so many admiring looks when I wear my bag. And I gave an electric blue clutch bag to my mother for her birthday and she was thrilled! Excellent designs.
