I knew once this changed to a Lester Glenn I would have to find a new dealership. We were customers of Coast Honda for years as they were reliable and honest. My family stopped buying cars from Lester Glenn years ago because they're the biggest scam artists in the business. Their service technicians are rated by how bad they fleece the customer and add as many miscellaneous charges to the bill as possible. I dropped off the truck for a quick exterior repair and they added $17.00 to my bill. When I asked what it was for they said miscellaneous supplies like any chemicals or sprays or rags that they use during the repair. RAGS. They charge for RAGS!! I said, "ok what did they use?" He said "I have no idea but the charge could go up to $50.00 so you should feel lucky." Once again typical dishonest Lester Glenn underhanded service. Can't wait until this lease is up so I can get away from them once again. The worst!!

Shame on me for not being more proactive in reading my extended warranty agreement realizing if I knew when the warranty expired would have brought my car in for service one month earlier. Would be nice if someone in the service department could let you be aware of this since all this information is in their computer. Will be looking for another Honda dealership or service center!

If you are ever in the market for a new car, look no further than Lester Glenn Honda! JP and Mike in finance were phenomenal! They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and solution focused. This is the smoothest auto purchase that I ever experienced. I really appreciate them working with me to get me in my new Traverse! If I could give 20 stars I would! Lousy service on my daughters card. Cost too much for nothing done. Still makes noise. It was better when it was Coast Honda!
