Shouldnt even have one star. Appaling customer service. No care or consideration and no organisation/communication between anyone. Would not recommend.

We were on holiday discussing the idea of upgrading our current Duster, so from an initial 'casual' question on the cost, we were treated very well and professionally, just one new Duster in stock, white, diesel, just what we wanted. On returning home, we visited Plymouth and were well treated, everything was explained, and a good enough offer made for our existing Duster and Stepway made to decide us on swapping two for a brand new model. Throughout the sale process, we have been looked after very well, by Chris and Phil, right through to the handover last week. We are very pleased with the new Duster, and we have only one complaint, this is a criticism of Vosper policy, not the sales team. Here it is... It seems to us as customers, penny pinching too much by not suppying floor mats for a new vehicle, there may not be much profit in Dacia sales, but you have the profit on our secondhand cars, so our nice new Duster has floor mats by courtesy of Bristol Street Motors, with their name embroided across the drivers mat......
