This was my first and last time at BMW of Dallas. I had a subpar experience with the service department and my advisor, Darick Connelly. Going for an oil change, he offered additional services to my car that were unnecessary, and when I politely declined them, he became very rude for the remainder of my visit. When it came time to get my car, Darick had me blocked in, and quickly disappeared after giving me the keys. Thankfully, another technician was nearby who was able to move the cars. On the upside, the dealership itself was very clean and welcoming, and the other staff members were very helpful. However, after this experience, I will be visiting other BMW dealerships in the metroplex area.

THIS DEALER PROMISED US TO GET $1000 DISCOUNT AS A SIGNING UP BONUS ON OUR 2022 BMW X5 HYBRID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, THEY DIDN'T HONOUR THIS DISCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. AGENT WAS CARELESS CHANGED INTERIOR COLOR WITHOUT OUR NOTICE. BMW FINANCE TEAM CHEATED ME OFFERING HIGH INETEREST RATE INSPITE OF HAVING GOOD CREDIT. STAFF IS VERY RUDE I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS DEALER OR RECOMMENED TO ANYONE. MY BROTHER PURCHASED SIMILAR VEHICLE FORM OTHER DFW DEALER AND THEY OFFRED US LOWER PRICE WITH ALL POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS, LOWER INTEREST RATE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is a large and very nice dealership with a lot of throughput. However, with that large volume, we feel like some aspects of customer service and automobile care are missed. While the bare necessities of my trips are always fulfilled, the smaller things too often get missed. These include my phone made reservations for service getting lost and us having to try to track down who we previously spoke with, the refreshment bar (which is an appreciated item when you have to wait 2 hours for an oil change) looking like it had been ransacked and is now bare and somewhat dirty, and the lazy car washes we're offered that leave your car with dirty spots all over and half hearted interior vacuums jobs. I understand that these are all complimentary services, but when I pay $420 (after discounts) for an oil change, I expect these things to be done quickly and thoroughly, but instead get slow, sloppy service and half hearted amenities. It makes us very much miss our home dealership in Amarillo, TX.
