Poor poor customer service flippant attitude over the phone and delivery boy was sadly sarcastic, food delivered late, cold and incorrect. Will not recommend to other travelers.

I want to thank D'Als for the opportunity to eat their pizza, from the wonderful staff, to the tasty pizza, stellar job. Had a remake on my pizza, they gave me the mistake, I offered to give it back. Went to my car to wait for the remake, they must have changed their mind, as one of the staff came out to get the pizza because I quote" I stiffed them" . I didn't tip them. For what I'm supposed to tip them for I'm still trying to figure. Not sure of my obligation to tip on a 25$ pizza, I am thankful for the opportunity to contemplate this consumer conundrum, alliteration aside let's assume tip extortion may be the new norm, as it seems to be at this local pizza parlor. All the best, to all, when choosing your repast activities at D'Als prepare to have your ideals about what consumer decorum tested.
