Hi, I apologize for the previous experience as Vanity Pups is under new ownership. I did purchase 3 of my dogs from here prior to buying the location and have 2 Yorkies myself. Yorkies can vary in color and some of them do grow to have the silver silky hair although they are purebreds. The paperwork and registration papers that come with the puppy can display the family lineage of the puppy so you can see it is in fact a purebred puppy.

I purchased a dog without doing my research I was looking for a pure breed yorkie which is what my paperwork said I got until looking at my dog as it got older its a silky or Australian yorkie which Im very upset about because they look totally different i wouldnt recommend this place !!
We are very sorry for your loss. Thanks for your feedback Luis but your review is quite different then what occurred. You left $100 deposit for a puppy to be held and the owner, Diana, stated that the deposit is refundable until Saturday. We attempted calling you several times on Saturday and did not receive a response. We had several families who came to our store who wanted to take the puppy that was being held for you, but we turned them away as the puppy was being held for you. You did not return our calls until today, Tuesday, at 10:08AM to inform us that you would no longer like the puppy. At that time our employee, Betsy, answered the phone and followed policy as you did not respond to us by Saturday. You then became irate and aggressively screamed at Betsy when she was dealing with you with complete respect and she asked if you could hold while she calls the owners to ask if they will provide the refund. Betsy called Diana and then Betsy called you back to let you know that Diana approved the $100 refund although you passed your agreement date. You replied stating that you no longer want your deposit and instead prefer writing this review. The puppy does not have a home today because we were not able to reach you. We are happy to give you back your $100 deposit but you refuse to accept it because Betsy had to call the owners of the business for approval. We truly do not understand how you can attack a business with lies when we offered you a refund once approval was given by one of the business owners. We do our best to provide a great place for our puppies and our customers. It offends us when people lie in this manner as you are doing. One of my customers in a previous review stated that I gave them a full refund after a year on a puppy due to a illness so it does not make any sense that the same business will attempt to keep a deposit if that was not agreed upon. Diana approved the refund even though you replied beyond the agreed upon date. The manner in which you spoke to our employee, Betsy was abhorrent and only because she stated that she needs to speak to the owners to get a approval for the refund of the deposit. There are certain things that our employees require approval such as discounts or refunds past a refund date and this fell under that category. We would appreciate it if you can take the time out and replace your review with the facts of actually what happened. Thank you.

I visited the store with my wife and saw a dog we liked but being that we had just lost a dog after 15 years we were a bit hesitant to make an immediate purchase. The young lady by the name of Diane stated that we should leave a deposit just in case and that if we didn't want the dog we would get our deposit back. Saturday came and went and we decided we werent ready for another dog so I called to get my deposit back as stated by the store representative. I have been trying to get a refund for the deposit and they are now saying that it's non-refundable. No where on the receipt does it say a hold is non refundable. The store rep told me it was refundable. Don't trust this store. They not only misrepresent themselves but the store rep I spoke to about the refund was rude and abrupt during the conversation. There are better more reputable puppy stores out there. Do your research and make sure you know who you are dealing with. Don't leave deposits unless you're sure. Businesses will play with your emotions to take advantage.

We got our a Shih Tzu Pepper at Vanity Pets, the owner was very good at helping us and our 15 yr old Shih Tzu named a Romeo!

Since your review, we contacted every person who purchased a Pomeranian puppy from us in 2020 and 2021 and every puppy is still healthy and alive. We ask that you remove your review due to this error. All of our puppies are covered by a one year guarantee that covers any congenital issue including breeding problems and we have never been contacted since we took ownership in late 2019 for a Pomeranian puppy that passed away. Got a Pomeranian puppy who was terminally sick from a breeding malfunction ! Died a few days after I got him. Very traumatizing experience. They knew he was seriously ill and were not remorseful. Please do not say this was from the previous owner. This happened at the end of 2020. I already knew about the new ownership and I bought my puppy from you with the new ownership.
