They are very professional and fast. My husband needed very hard to find sizes and alterations to his uniform and they did a great job getting his uniform to fit perfectly.

As an officer, part of my job is to have more patience than most other people. Aspen is one of the few businesses I have experienced in my time that utterly fails me every single time. At one point I ordered a winter jacket, after being told numerous times over a six month period it hadn't come in yet I simply gave up, never called them back and never heard from them regarding my order. I've likely had between 6-12 instances in which I'm told they are going to check the status of something I ordered and I never hear back from them. Most recently, I wanted to order a vest to carry and thought it would be easiest to go through them since they have all my measurements from previous visits. A gal tells me she has to check on something and she would call me right back and per usual, I never heard back. At this point I am finished with them as their business model of assisting customers is essentially non-existent. I see far more attentiveness from High School kids working drive-though and that is a sincere statement. From here on out I will travel out to Plymouth for my needs even though it is a little out of the way just to ensure I never have to deal with this junk business ever again.
