Horrible service! I went to have a custom shirt done and the day scheduled to be picked up I called asking if it was ready for pick up and I was told yes but that they were at lunch that I was going to get a phone call when they got back. Didnt get a call. I went to pick up my shirt 3 hrs later and the shirt wasnt even there! They said it was at the warehouse and that they were going to pick it up in 1 hr!!! I called and they said it was ready! Waste of My time and money! When I got the they had 3 toddlers making all kinds of noise and one of them literally had a pair of scissors running around and even pressing them against their chest. No one was paying attention to them! Supper unprofessional and plain disrespectful!

I came here to get screen printing for my team and the communication was terrible. After dropping off my order on Monday, I was told that it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and I didnt hear anything back. When I called around 4:30 she told me that my order would be done by 7pm and I would receive a phone call, that never happened. When I called Saturday morning I was sent to voicemail and when they picked up my second call the guy I spoke with told me his wife would call me in 5 minutes, that never happened. Now here it is Monday afternoon, I call the shop once again and like before Im sent to voicemail. I wasnt upset at the fact that my order wasnt complete, I was upset about the lack of communication. On another occasion they told me they would call me back about my order but never reached back out. I held up my end of the deal but it was clear as day that they werent. I didnt receive my order until that Wednesday and some of the work done was sloppy and there was smeared paint on the sleeve of a few shirts. I regret choosing this company and I would never recommend anyone to come. Please communicate better with your customers in the future. Waste of time and money on my part, never again.
