They advertise 45 minute oil change as part if their customer satisfaction effort. First time I called for an apptmt they couldnt get me in for two weeks. Called again 3 weeks later and finally got in the following week. The 45 minute oil change took over an hour from the scheduled apptmt time.

They get me scheduled fast. I trust them. They never do stuff like the instant places, try to upsell. They top of my washer fluid. Gotta love it.

Very slow with little communication. Made an appointment to bring car in and dont think they even looked at it for 2 weeks. Wont be have work done there again.
