My experience with these apartments have been horrible. New management is super petty, inadequate hot water, I literally have to boil my water for sufficient HOT water. Repeatedly reported electricity being out in half my apartment and I'm guessing they're waiting for me to move to fix the wiring because it hasn't been repaired yet.

Im a resident at Residence of Arlington complex and I was not notified about the towing being started for the complex In writing or through the community board online. I went to go get both of my cars registered and one of the staff that helped me told me they could only register one of them at that time. When I signed my lease they had told me I could register 2 cars for my unit. She also told me the complex would not start towing until September 5th so I should have enough time to move it. The towing company told me my car got towed August 29th. They also said 10-15 vehicles are getting towed a night from the complex for the same reason of not being registered for visitors or as a tenant. All tenants are being lied to.

Do not move here its horrible with bugs, the foundation needs to be redone, the office hardly ever answers the phone. Worst place to live at and I havent been here a full year yet. Im so disgusted
