Please do not go here. The staff seem bored and on their phones. You can feel the lack of passion for service as soon as you walk in. My glasses got sun damaged to the point that it became difficult to see. I expressed that I needed my prescription extended because I was a month past the expiration date. The girl on the phone said that the optometrist that was assigned to me was out and I would have to wait till they got back to extend. Ended up just making an appt a week later to update my prescription and found out that it was extended after all, but no one decided to inform me. Fast forward and I finally order the things. 2 weeks pass and nothing. Every time I call they tell me that it will be another couple of days. I just feel so helpless with these folks. They do not seem compassionate whatsoever. I don't now what else to do. Please if you have any respect for your time choose a different location.

Horrible! I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. They sent confirmations via text, e-mail and phone all of which I confirmed. When I got there they didn't have my appointment and told me I had to reschedule. I pulled out my phone and showed them the email confirmation but they still wouldn't see me. I took time off work to make this appointment. Who would trust their health to a dr. that can't even keep a simple schedule. I'm going elsewhere.

Dr. McNabb was great and the staff was friendly. The only reason for the three stars is because I think the pricing for a contact and glasses prescription was overpriced. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 16 and have never paid $100 AFTER insurance. Im well versed in how vision insurance works (Ive worked at a vision center before) so I know what my insurance covers. I paid it without a fuss but will not be returning for this sole reason. If you dont mind the pricing then Id say give it a shot. Dr. McNabb was very friendly and attentive, the staff was as well, and they had a nice selection of frames (mostly designer)
