My therapist is great , however the monthly subscription fee and the incorrect charges or double billing for services is unacceptable. I am still waiting to get refunded for a double charge back in October of 2021. They said a supervisor or someone from their billing team will reach out to me and never did . I called again today because I saw a random $90 charge on my credit card statement . If you do decided to receive services from thrive work , Pay close attention to your bank statement . Im really dissatisfied and ready to cancel my subscription.

As much as I like my counselor my disgust is with the billing department and their lack of care they have for their clients. After submitting my insurance information I was told by Thriveworks that my appointments would be free. A month and a half later I was told that wasnt the case and had a statement of hundreds of dollars that I had no idea that I owed because of false information given to me by them. As compensation I was told they would refund me certain charges they put on my bank account. They charged me so much that they overdrafted my account by hundreds of dollars. Its been 4 months and I am still fighting with them to refund me the money they told me that they would refund me and have not. The billing department does not want to respond to emails and one of the last conversations I had with someone from the billing dept they compared these session overdraft charges to when her Netflix overdrafts her account but she loves Netflix and wont get rid of it. What level of professionalism is this? Please do yourself a favor and find a company that is going to care about your mental health, not be the cause of more.

For anyone with younger or teenage girls in need of therapy, I would highly recommend Moira McCormick! She has been a godsend. The way she connects with my daughter and the progress they have made on a weekly basis is incredible! My daughter looks forward to talking with her. I would definitely recommend her for any teenager or woman in need of therapy!!
