Wasn't even able to get more than a few words in before the receptionist here cut me off on the phone, yelling at me and not listening to a word I said. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from any office staff at a doctor's office, and I'm never expecting a lot. I was trying to place an order for contacts, and when I asked if I could use my insurance, she cut me off mid-sentence to quite literally yell at me that I don't need to see the doctor because I have a valid prescription already - and that's not what I was asking. She didn't even consider looking to see if my insurance was accepted, when in fact it is - and then hung up on me abruptly, assuming I didn't want them. Had to call back and deal with them again because I was so rudely dismissed. She was just as rude the previous two days when I called to see if a prescription I had faxed over was in yet. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Been there multiple times but during my last visit i noticed a strange behavior in Dr ayzenberg. He was rude and throwing stuff around. I felt like i wasn't welcomed due to that strange attitude. Rest of the staff is great and very helpful.
I had called on a whim because I was having major discomfort in my eyes, the staff was able to put me in the same day and told me just to get there as soon as im able and before they close. Very friendly front desk staff and the Dr. Was very nice and thorough. I would recommend him for any eye issues.
Completely agree with the remarks about rude staff and rude doctor. My glasses broke 4 and a half months after I got them while I was cleaning them. When I called the receptionist accused me of breaking them. I had to pay for new frames (no warranty) and I thought the new frame was ordered. After waiting to hear from them for a few weeks with no word, I called and a nice person answered this time. I was informed I have to give a CC before the order would be placed which no one told me the first time. Because of the delay in knowing I had to give a card the price of the frames increased $20. So I ended up paying more and waiting a couple months for new frames when it should have been no more than a couple of weeks. Except for the one nice person I was lucky enough to get this place is terrible and would never recommend going there unless you like being treated poorly.
