Customer support is utterly terrible, closing tickets without ensuring a resolution. Giving incorrect advice and generally just seemingly not caring about helping customers. I have spent a lot of money with LCN over the years but am now transferring all my domains away. I originally used LCN as I wanted to support UK based businesses. However the support you get from companies such as NameCheap is FAR superior to that of LCN plus you won't get ripped off on renewals. Bit of a shame really.
The technical support is extremely slow to answer calls, this has been the case for many months now since they changed the user control panel. I have waited for up to an hour which is unacceptable. LCN used to have a good fast service but sadly they have gone down the pan.

LCN provide great domain name registering, email and web hosting. Use their instasite to get a mobile friendly website up and running in less than 3 hours. Support is quick and efficient when I needed help getting SSL certificate working.
This is definitely a company to avoid, we have used for many years and unfortunately the level of service has drastically declined over the years. They deleted our website in error losing all our customers details and orders, for the past few weeks they have been promising to fix it, but all you get is excuse after excuse. There are much better hosting companies out there.
