i really don't think this restaurant even deserves 1 star. The worst food we have ever had. Limited menu. Beef was like shoe leather. All fat. Fish was awful no flavor. Very expensive for food that was absolutely awful. Don't go there. Only good thing was our waitress . Poor thing she could only apologize so many times.
Madison, It's me, the "manager" who came over. I'm confused with your 2 hour wait for dinner timeline since your reservation was for 8pm and I was giving you dinner to-go at 9:30pm. You ordered three rounds of drinks and had appetizers on your table until 9:00. What you meant to say was that you waited 30 minutes for your dinner after your appetizers were cleared from your table - much different than 2 hours. Regardless of your short wait, we understood you were celebrating a birthday and felt badly that you waited. We are in the service industry here and wanted you to know our mistake was acknowledged, so we bought your entire dinner bill for you. In addition to that, we went way over the top and gave you an additional $50 gift card for you to use next time you dined with us. I think it's safe to say that we went above and beyond to make your experience worth while. While I was at the table, you not only complimented us on how great your server was, but also how beautiful the restaurant is AND how wonderful the food is. Then, in your review you said "horrible service", "blamed the server", "ill will to run a good restaurant"??? These business review platforms are for guests to leave reviews about their experience, not their advice on life. You were treated great, you hardly waited for anything, and we incentivized you to return. Simply, you waited 30 minutes for dinner in a restaurant that was emptying out because you had a late reservation- that's it and nothing more. if i could give minus stars i would. horrible service here went tor birthday dinner and waited almost 2 hours for our dinners. at the end of it all manager came over to basically blame it on the waiter working our table when it clearly was just the ill will to run a good restaurant. will never return EVER!!! highly never suggest to anyone
This restaurant was amazing. The food was excellent and more importantly the server we had was superb. She was so friendly and attentive. She made sure we were satisfied during the entire visit. Never in my life had I had such amazing service. The atmosphere was very intimate. I cannot wait to go back.
Although the food is good, and our waitstaff was friendly and did their best, it took well over an hour to get our food. Very pricey for portion sizes too.
