Extremely rude person I spoke with for a furniture order. I think he said his name was dan? Proceeded to curse me out and threaten me after I got a quote but didn't want to place an order immediately. At this point I may sue for harassment

Weve purchased multiple pieces from Built to Last for several reasons. Theyve got a great product, at a reasonable price, coupled with great customer service. That is an awesome story. The chairs are heavy, but they do float. Had one reportedly found floating at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay.

Great furniture .. Lost a chair off our dock on the Pasquotank river during a nor'easter .. they were normally secured .. but we had teenagers.. so... we searched for weeks.. but no dice.. finally I broke down an ordered a replacement.. so a few weeks later we had the replacement on the dock (properly secured this time) weeks later, the neighbors found the original mostly submerged in a cove about 5 miles from our dock.. they drug it back with a jetski.. we scrubbed the grime off and now we can't tell which one was gone for months.. great stuff
