At my appointment to discuss my upcoming project, It didn't take long to see it was more like recess at a local grade school. There were literally people laughing as if they had nothing better to do while I discussed my site. They're equipped for simplistic sites only. Respectfully, it was a waste of my valuable time.

Called for a quote on an easy project, editing a few elements on my site, went back and forth for a few phone calls and spend a lot of time explaining what im looking for and emailing with examples and confirmations. They were supposed to get back to me with a quote and they never called and when I called the person i spoke to was never available. I gave up trying to work with them after leaving 2 messages and multiple followup emails.

Everything went well with this company until they became too busy to return calls or answer emails. Then when I needed one small change to my $5000 website, they told me I had to make a $500 retainer deposit, even though it was 15 minutes of work. Now, they have kept the $400 + balance of that retainer and refuse to refund it. Stay away from these people.
