The location is a bit hidden that they have sidewalk banners to help attract customers. On my first visit, the store was dusty and not merchandised well. The Apple display was missing a dummy phone. The salesperson was sitting using his phone. When I asked to see a certain phone, he pointed to it across the store. He quickly realized that I thought he was going to walk me to it since he didn't have any other customers. The phone was in an acrylic box on the floor. I didn't get to handle it. I purchased the phone for my father because he needed a phone he could also use while traveling to Mexico. Later, I found out the phone was not set up properly so I had adjust it myself. I wanted to purchase a cover and a screen protector but neither was available. I was told to check back in a week or two and so I have to add insurance just in case my dad drops it. I checked back about the accessories and the woman that I spoke to said that maybe they would be in on Friday (I called on a Tuesday or Wednesday). I went back to the store to pay for the next month and to buy accessories. I took a friend with me. I asked if the cover and protector were in and the salesperson said they have been there for a week. But they did not have the glass type screen protector. I asked if they were going to get any but it didn't seem very likely. The salesperson was directing the conversation to my friend. I quickly alerted him that I'm the one buying the service and I was going to buy the screen protector. I ended up buying the plastic protector and continued the insurance coverage. The store was stuffy and I told the salesperson but didn't turn up the AC. As we left, a young woman entered and the salesperson turned on the AC with a remote control. Was he trying to get us (two gay males) to leave or does he care more about his female customers? On a recent trip to Mexico, the phone was acting up again. I called the store from my phone. The salesperson helped with the phone settings but he and the woman he asked in the store gave me incorrect information on dialing from Mexico to Mexico. After I informed them that they had the wrong information on dialing, they said nothing. They're unwilling to admit to a mistake, lack of accountability. While on that call, I told the salesperson that I'm really interested in purchasing the glass protector. I told him that I would like to be called back with a definite answer on my request and that my online review would reflect their customer service. I left my name and number. They have not called or if I missed the call, they didn't leave a voicemail message. Overall, the salesperson I dealt with is very patient and attentive. However, he is lazy and complacent. He won't go the extra step. I don't understand why the woman gave me incorrect information. I asked for both the glass protector and phone case. Why did she say she had neither in stock? I am trying to buy from shops in my community but with this type of service, it's no wonder people would rather go a major retailer or buy online. It reflects badly on the community and Boost. I am no longer going to pay at the store; going to start paying online. And the saddest thing, the salesperson doesn't care if I don't go back or shop somewhere else. It's obviously not his shop and it doesn't seem like the manager or owner cares either. The end.
