When I download pictures on the maintance sight,somehow they don't seem to download or you all doesn't seem to get them and my kitchen floor is terrible because I need new tile on down,I have mentioned it but I have not gotten an answer,minor things need to be done in this apartment,I wish someone would come out and look at it

I have called them multiple times with no answer and no call back. I have also emailed and have had no response. They have multiple listings with rently and state they are self tours but upon arrival they are completely different lock boxes or the keys are missing. They also have properties listed on Facebook to which I have messaged the realtor from there as well with NO RESPONSE. So unprofessional.
