Jennifer, I'm sorry to hear that this experience has been a disappointing one. Our Anchorage Foundation Specialist has since reached out to you via email and we're actively working to resolve this issue. I can tell you that the inspection does show "completed" but the inspector just needs access to the crawlspace in order to finalize.

Ram Jack completed the work at my property without proper permits in place. The inspections prior to work were not completed. It is now very difficult to get them to cooperate to complete the inspections or to call back me, the City of Anchorage, or inspectors. They have not completed the final inspections to close the permit. The work was completed in 2019 and they have been paid in full by me for this work. As the property owner they have left me in a bind with the Municipality for a permit they were responsible to execute and close. This is very disappointing for a customer to a Company promising to go above and beyond.

Thier salesman was A hack. Told me to trim the post in the center of my home. Said one corner was out a 1 inch. Ever corner has settled up to 2.5 inches. Don't waste your time. There price was for a corner. It's what cost me one whole side of my place.

These guys are magic! And left the area immaculate! Quiet, polite workers. NO BREAKS. Ram Jack is GRAND. Every contact was pleasant and efficient. I told the guys I would put in a bid for them to get a raise ---so here it is. Give these guys a raise or at least a bonus!

Zero stars is what Ram Jack West deserves. The reason they have the rating they do, in the past 6 months to a year, is because of their production manager Carley Weiss or Pearson, depending on the day. She has created a minimum of 5 false google accounts to leave fraudulent reviews for Ram Jack. I worked for them at the time and was present in the office when it happened. Call me a disgruntled employee if you want. But the fact is a position was created for me because of my customer service skills. However, it was to no avail. Ram Jack West does not care about good customer service. They care only for the positive customer reviews. Hence the many reviews from employees that have NEVER had foundation repair and the phony reviews done by Carley Weiss, or is it Pearson? Ram Jack is a company that allows the management to defraud the public to raise ratings. Period.
