Ive been calling for my logo for the pass two weeks , she got my logo finish , but never sent them . Doesnt reply back to emails , every time I call shes on the phone . First samples that I waited a week for was literally no changes just made my logo look worst . She told me if I be responsive my logo would come out great but here I am two week later no logos . Now I gotta get a refund . Unprofessional, .. also doesnt have a customer service number

Very bad customer service. They told me it was going to be ready in a week, and then we call to make sure it was ready, but they never answered the phone, so we went to the place and the shirts were not ready and told us we were next to make the shirts and that it was going to be ready same day or next. We waited for a call, but they never called us, so we gave them a week and we called multiple times but no one answered the phone, so we went again and they were not ready. They kept me telling different dates, and were unable to commit to a date, I spoke with Gabriel Picazo and he was very rude and I requested to talk to someone else and he said he was the owner. He just told me to either keep waiting or just to take the shirts that were not done and leave. Very unprofessional, he then just left when I was talking to him. I requested refund of my money and he said I had not paid, I had to pull my bank account and show him that we had already paid. Overall I do not recommend this place as they don't know how to treat people.
