Check out your throughly don't trust Kevin Botts they scratched my car and ruined my headliner! I asked how he wanted to handle the matter after he personally try to clean the headliner and made it worse. This is a brand new car tell what you think? Before and after three time they tried. Remember this not a used car.

Decent place! Took a family embers car here for a oil change and general check. Quick service but I only give a 4 star because the mechanics made the inside of the car dirty with dust from their clothing and hands. We had just detailed the car so it was obvious the car was dirty. Love the people who work here, just wish the mechanics would be more considerate.

Took my wife's car here for a $70 alignment. Ended up they said we needed parts to do the alignment. They wanted almost $130 for two bolts and two nuts. I bought them from the same place they get them (O'Reilly's) for less than $60. They also wanted an hour labor to install them. It took me less than 30 minutes without a shop or power tools to install them. They charged me just shy of $50 to tell me this. They wanted almost $400 to do the $70 alignment. Doing the math (all figures rounded) they must charge around $200 to install two bolts and two nuts that they have to loosen anyway. I could just imagine what the price would be if I didn't go with my wife. Very disappointed.
