please do yourself a favor. do not consider this building. The whole place was not built to code, and the hot water and gas was turned off for months. They offered no concessions based on the lack of what are essential services. The management team is completely incompetent, the fixtures are third rate, the rent is too high, and no one...literally no one who lives here expects to be here at the end of their term. This is a terrible terrible place to live.

Oh boy. Been here 5 months, and it's been construction work the whole time. No heat or gas for 3 months due to a major gas leak, with hot water also occasionally going. Despite breaking the rental agreement on numerous occasions, we received 2 weeks rent credit because 'we had a microwave to cook'. The communication from the management and ownership of the building has been shameful (everything is ignored), and at this point they're fully just showing resentment to their tenants.

Fantastic experience living here until we moved out ~1.5 months ago - we are yet to receive our security deposit back and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of building management despite how easy they were to reach when we were tenants. Bummer end to our time here - beware of management after moving out.
