My experience with Harry Green was good until I drop my vehicle off to have an oil change they were completely careless with my $65,000 truck its like they left the windows and doors open all kinds of dust was on my dash in between the cracks and I hate to sound like Im complaining about that but man I take care of my stuff really well especially when it cost $65,000.00 0 out of 10 for Harry Green I will not be back to purchase a vehicle and I will not be back to get my oil change. On top of that Ive had paint issues with my truck and Ive had a very hard time getting a hold of somebody to fix that in their department Harry Green has been absolutely awful to deal with I will not be purchasing a $65,000 vehicle through that company ever again. Pay special attention to the VIN in each picture. They are identical, however the vehicle descriptions are different in an important way. Got this Jeep Latitude at Harry Green last June. Needed some thing with a little bit of power to pull a food trailer, but didnt need a pick-up truck or anything bigger. The salesman who helped me with it was very adamant that the vehicle had been well cared for, and that it had the power, since it was a V-6, that I needed to pull my food trailer. he specifically shielded me away from a Nissan rogue because it was a four-cylinder. I bought the vehicle specifically for that reason. Its a mid sized SUV thats a V-6. Recently started having trouble with the Jeep, and through the process of getting it repaired found out that I have had a four-cylinder vehicle this whole time. Luckily I had yet to hook up my food trailer so I didnt destroy my vehicle by trying to pull close to 4000 pounds with a four-cylinder they can only pull about 2000.
