My overall experience of ordering an i4, canceling and getting my deposit back in this location was not pleasant. Ordering an i4 was great to start but when it became to cancelling and refunding the deposit, I had to pursue it for more than a month and still not refunded to my account yet. The worst part is there is no explanation, no apologies for the delay or the miss information that was given to me. I do not recommend this dealership. If you care to read, here it is. I have ordered an i4 through BMWUSA website last Oct putting a deposit of $1,500. However, I ended up cancelling the order when my slot was finally opened back in April. The salesperson told me the order was cancelled and deposit will be sent out. About two weeks later, I had to contact the salesperson on the status of deposit because it hasn't come in yet. Then I was told their finance department had refunded through Paypal (I made my payment using my credit card) and told me there is nothing they can do with the deposit that has already been processed. Then I gave them another week; I still didn't get my deposit. I called a finance department, and a finance manager wrote down my information and told me he will investigate and get back to me the next day. I gave them another week; I did not get a call back. I called the BMWUSA genius center, but they told me that the dealers are owned privately and individual entities, I will have to deal with the dealer to get the deposit back. So, I finally decided to go to the dealership to resolve the matter. I was able to talk to another finance manager, which was not a pleasant experience, I explained the whole story again. Then he told me he will investigate and get back to me again. The next day I got a call from the first finance manager I spoke to and told me that the order was never cancelled, and deposit was not able to refund because it has passed 6 months. He gave no further explanation even though I demanded it, just told me that he will write a check and send out via mail. Then I never received any apology for the delay or the miss information I was given for a month plus of pursuing getting the deposit back from this location. It feels like if I didnt not pursue, I would not have gotten to this position of waiting my deposit to come (Its been a week and I still have not received it yet)

I was provided a quote via email on a new car build, had credit approved via BMW FS and then they ceased communications. I can only speculate that the discount quoted to me was too strong for the current market and they found more lucrative customers. Online buyers beware!
